It seems that every time Windows updates, the wireless internet on our laptop
stops working. It says that there is a good connection, but when I click on
wireless connections, there is nothing on the list. Bell Canada has gone on
our computer several times to fix the problem, but it is a Windows issue, so
    they won't help us anymore.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Our computer has Windows XP Version 2002 Service Pack 3.

what did they do to fix it? it is probably a driver update. if you
hide the update it won't be offered again.

you need to post more details, including what these folks are doing
to restore your service. what software do they use to "go onto your
    computer"?
