Virginmedia G-Mail mail forwarding system broken for 6 months

I don't understand what kind of ship these clowns operate,
but surely 6 months is more than enough time
to fix a simple mail forwarding bug?

Management trolls in charge need to take charge and take
down names and go hire more knowledgeable staff I say.

    G-mail mail forwarding works ok.

So not understand why Virginmedia and its mail forwarding
features in their off shored G-mail service
is broken if G-mail itself already works properly.

Not entirely sure if handing over to foreign powers
all of UK emails is legal anymore. Particulary to NSA
trolls that issue gagging orders to google to
prevent disclosure when emails are stolen by NSA trolls.

I've gave up ages ago trying to set up new mailboxes in VM. You go through the procedure, it says
it is set up, but to access the new mailbox you have to click on a link in an email which they send
to the new mailbox, to which you don't have access!

    I use Gmail instead!

Gmail server is located in USA where NSA trolls have power to
steal all emails and force google to not disclose.

Its probably illegal and you are probably violating
many laws in many countries to use Gmail if you knew
the contents were being stolen and read by NSA trolls.

As it stands, sending emails marked commercial in confidence
could land you in trouble with the law if you sent it
    to a gmail address.

    A little research shows Virgin
is trolling everyone with this can't forward email lark.
The problem has a history that spans more than 2.5 years.
Long enough to sack everyone and replace with new engineers
    and new systems.

And, as I say, Gmail forwarding itself works. Virgin's
emails are hosted on gmail and so it should work.
Someone had to nix it for an alterior motive for
it to be intentionally dragged out this long.
