Trouble Logging into Domain

I had to reload a 98se computer in our network, and afterwords, it's not
acting like it's logging into the domain.
The reason I say this, is because it will not show anything in the network
neighborhood, except "Workgroup", which her computer is being assigned to,
    instead of the Domain.
I have went through all the network settings 3 times, to check and recheck,
but it just refuses. I can physically type in the server name, or another
computer name on the network and it will connect to it, but it will not
display in network neighborhood. Also, no other computers in the domain can
    see her computer either.
Also, I went to microsofts website and found a artical on how to set a
Domain logon confirmation, and it confirms it's loging into the domain, all
proxy configuration settings are working correctly and everything else, so
why will the domain not show up ??????

  2. Did you do both of the following:

    1. Correctly set the domain name to log into in Network Properties, Client
for Microsoft Networks, NT Domain tab?

    2. Change the workgroup name on the Identification tab to the correct
    domain name?
