Why aren't you telling us, then? [1]
Neither have you answered the questions.
You do realise, I'm only playing out a scenario where someone might want
to incriminate you in some way? Be it police, someone with a grudge,
    journalist, etc.
I didn't say it needed to be truthful...

[1] just in case you're considering it, don't. Seriously. Just because
you don't care about that info, doesn't means others feel the same. That
kind of info is useful to others with less-than-honest intentions.

This is what is known as 'right to privacy'. Any erosion of it must be
    fought.

Otherwise everyone wears a burka and nobody wins. Until they outlaw
    burkas...

    etc.

That isn't making you a criminal for having encrypted data,
that is making you a criminal for not giving the authoritys
that have the legal right to see that data, the key.
But nothing like what you lied about.
Even sillier than you usually manage. That
particular question can't get any worse.

And why should those who swap child porn be able
to do that with impunity by encrypting the porn ?

Because its of no interest to anyone.

Just like what I have just had for breakfast
or what I had for dinner last night isn't either.
    Yes I have.
You're actually making a complete fool of yourself, again.
Nothing I tell them would incriminate me at all.
That isn't finding information, that is lying.
    Demand denied.
Others are completely irrelevant if I do that.
    Fantasy.

Nope, that is something quite different.

You have no right to privacy when out and
about and anyone is free to note that you
were there at that time etc.
Then do the decent thing and set fire to yourself next to
the next number plate recognition camera you can find.
Even sillier than you usually manage, and hardly
anyone is actually stupid enough to walk around
with a bag over their head with eye holes cut in it.
Those who have even have a clue
aren't even playing your silly games.
Yeah, yeah, the concentration camps will be back any day now.

Right that does it. The death squad has its orders. Byeeee...

  8. They've effectively written themselves a law that says they have the
legal right without asking us if we want to give them that right.
I wonder what would happen if you possessed something that the
authorities decided *looked* encrypted because it was about something
they didn't understand? Supposing somebody else's encrypted data ended
up in your possession and you couldn't give the authorities the key
because you didn't know it? Lots of opportunities here for
unscrupulous authorities to persecute the innocent on technicalities.

Because even someone as stupid as you should
be able to grasp that its completely stupid to
allow those who exchange child porn and
terrorist attack planning should be able
to do that with impunity by encrypting it.
Another bare faced pig ignorant lie.
    They do with that too.
Another bare faced pig ignorant lie.
Another bare faced pig ignorant lie.
Another bare faced pig ignorant lie.
    Another bare faced lie.
Another bare faced pig ignorant lie.
Just how many of you are there between those ears, child.
Another bare faced pig ignorant lie.
Then do the decent thing and set fire to
    yourself outside Westminster or sumfin.
Another bare faced pig ignorant lie.
Makes sense to do something about it where we can, fuckwit.

You're the only one claiming that use of encryption
makes anyone who uses it a suspect. That is a lie.

You are free to encrypt your hard drive so that if it gets stolen
or you loose it with a laptop, no one can steal your data.

Those who choose to encrypt their backups on iOS
devices so that their passwords are saved as well as
their data are not suspects because they do that.
    We don't.
And the authoritys can get search warrants to seize the
computers of those they have EVIDENCE of committing
a crime, and can get phone taps approved for the worst
of the criminal activity like drug running and terrorism too.
    Nothing to wait for.

This stuff of yours is nothing even remotely like a rational argument.

    Like hell you did.
Another bare faced lie with the encryption iOS does,
and with the encryption of hard drives of laptops so
that no one gets to steal your data if the laptop is
    lost or stolen.
Everyone can see that you are lying thru your fucking teeth.
Even sillier and more pig ignorant than you usually manage.
And completely trivial to ensure that you can't lose it too.

    Your lack of response noted.
    Another bare faced lie.
Like hell they do with keeping track of what terrorists get up to.
You are just plain wrong on that, most obviously with terrorists.
    Another bare faced lie.
    Another bare faced lie.
    Another bare faced lie.
You never could bullshit your way out of a wet paper bag.
