SamKnows now says my BT number is not a BT number

  1. I'm in a Pre Active Cancel state in ordering Sky BB. My line was LLUed
    to UKOnline. Two weeks after cancelling UkOnline, SamKnows reported that
    my line had reverted to BT. Now, a month later SamKnows reports that
    "The details you entered were invalid.
    Please enter a BT phone number and/or postcode and try again."

    Why would that be?

    Maybe Sky have taken over your line.
    Isn't therir package everything, phone, BB, Sky TV?
