    Hello,

    First new post here, hope to get a little feedback from the regulars.
    I am looking for a good quality gigabit switch in order to isolate a couple network routers and a MoCA bridge from one another.

    I'm presuming the switch cannot be a simple switch as it will likely need an up-link port to connect to my modem. My first choice is Netgear as I've been running their switches and hubs for years without issue.

    Current layout:

    Modem --> WAN Port on ASUS RT66N WAP

    ASUS RT66N WAP -->
    LAN 1: Aruba Wireless VPN appliance
    LAN 2: Actiontec MoCA bridge

    Desired Layout:

    Modem --> Uplink Port on Netgear Switch

    Netgear Switch -->

    LAN 1: WAN Port on ASUS RT66N WAP (Personal Home WAP)
    LAN 2: Aruba Wireless VPN appliance (Corporate WAP)
    LAN 3: Actiontec MoCA bridge (Personal MoCA network)

    Any suggestions for a solid solution here?

    TIA
    -Steve
