    Hi,

I'm hoping there is a simple answer to this conundrum.

While looking through netstat results I came across:

    TCP 4.0.0.3:1900 0.0.0.0:0 LISTENING
    or
    TCP l0.washdc3-cmb1.bbnplanet.net:1900 e700:0 LISTENING

    and

    UDP 4.0.0.3:1900 *:*
    or
    UDP l0.washdc3-cmb1.bbnplanet.net:1900 *:*

I have a wireless network adaptor and switch/router from Microsoft on a
    Windows 98 notebook computer.

I suspect the 4.0.0.3:1900 entries may be related to Plug and Play
    properties of the
PMCIA network adaptor, but am concerned about the name resolution
    IO.washdc3-cmb1.bbnplanet.net.

Any help in understanding this port 1900 connection greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance,
    Len
