I'm looking for a suggestion as to a class of hardware (switch, router, firewall, other) which can do the following rewriting:

    1. Trigger based on source IP port
    2. Map the port to new values for source IP address and destination IP address
    3. Re-write the header with these values
    4. Send the packet back out the same interface

Cheaper is great. We really only need 1 network interface. Load would be less than 10K packets per day.

The networking engineer in my company tells me this is not possible with ASA devices, switches, routers, firewalls, etc. which we already own (cost = $0).
