Networking Windows 98 and Windows ME

Discussion in 'Windows Networking' started by Larry Jackson, Jan 19, 2004.

  1. After running the Home Networking Wizard on a Windows ME
computer, and creating a client disk for a computer
running Windows 98, the Windows 98 computer refuses to run
the client disk Setup.exe saying "is not a valid Win32
    application.
    How do I resolve this?

  3. Forget the disk and make the Windows 98 network settings manually in
    Control Panel | Network.
