I have a Win 98 computer networked to a Win XP computer. Until recently,
everything worked fine. Now the Win 98 computer cannot access drives or
printers on the Win XP computer, I get a "Not enough memory" error message.
The Win 98 computer has 312 MB of RAM and has about 150MB free when this
error occurs. The Win XP computer can still access the Win 98 with no
problems. I have made no changes to the Win 98 that I can remember. Any
    suggestions?

Thanks a lot, that did the trick. It took me a minute to realize that the
changes needed to be made to the PIII, since it was acting as the "server"
in this peer to peer network.
