Hello, I am trying to run a reverse_tcp payload in Kali Linux. I am running Kali on Virtual Box, why I type in the ifconfig command I am told my IP address is 10.0.2.15 I need to know my local IP address to create the payload. However I dont believe this is the correct address. I read somewhere about switching to Bridged instead of NAT.

Can someone please advise. I am VERY new to Kali Linux and am not sure what I am doing.

    Thanks!
