internet disconnects

For some reason, our routers (D-Link AC750 or Cisco LinkSys
E2000) decide at apparently random times to renew the DHCP
lease from our ISP. This interrupts movies or ball games
being streamed, disconnects ssh connections, and is a real
PITA. I've tried everything I can think of, including
changing the router, changing the ISP, changing cables,
    disabling wireless, etc.

    What could be causing this?

Here is an excerpt from the router log:

    Wed Oct 28 15:02:50 2015 DHCP:
Client receive ACK from 24.226.1.122, IP=67.193.245.242, Lease time=3600.
    Wed Oct 28 15:02:50 2015 DHCP:
Client send REQUEST, Request IP 67.193.245.242 from 24.226.1.122.
    Wed Oct 28 15:02:49 2015 DHCP:
    Client receive OFFER from 24.226.1.122.
    Wed Oct 28 15:02:49 2015 DHCP:
    Client send DISCOVER.
    Wed Oct 28 15:02:49 2015 DHCP:
    Client performing a DHCP renew.
    Wed Oct 28 15:02:46 2015 DHCP:
Client release IP 67.193.245.242 to server 24.226.1.122.
