I have three computers on my home network. Two are desktops running Windows 7 and one is a laptop running Windows 8.
I had set up a Homegroup between all three computers and it was working well, but recently the laptop was dropped from the Homegroup. I don't know why.
When opening File Explorer on the laptop it wasn't showing anything under Network. I enabled network discover and it now shows all three computers under Network, but no Homegroup. When I click on each computer I am asked to enter network credentials with a user name and password.
I have never set up a user name and password for the network.
    1. How do I find this information?
    2. What happened to my Homegroup connection with the laptop?
