Is there any way to set a DHCP scope so that it will *only* provide an IP if
there is a reservation? On a particular scope, I don't want any device
that does not have a reservation to obtain an IP from the scope.

Wow, who would ever have guessed that would have worked. Thanks so much, I
would not have discovered that quickly.

  4. Many people do not realize that a Windows DHCP server can provide a reserved
IP even from an excliuded range. Go get 'em, Will!
