Common client server cuts out

    About every other time I check email, right after the
    send/received functiion terminates a box pops up saying
    there was a problem with the common client server and that
    it had to shut down. From that point on there is no mail
    connectivity, although I can continue to access the web.

    Is there anything I can do to repair this??
