    I've recently bought this:

    http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/3COM-PCMCI...item3cb83e209e

In fact they even sent a second when the first wouldn't install in XP as well as Linux. The second remains unseen by my Ubuntu-based Thinkpad X60s.

I thought this card might be based around chips that were well enough dealt with by Linux. Should the windows driver work with ndiswrapper or is that strictly for wireless 'net?

Bluetooth dongles work with this laptop. With the vacant pcmcia slot I thought though that I'd like the facility tidily installed.

Is there another pcmcia bluetooth driver around that might work?

    Any other ideas? Thanks.
