Any preinstalled dd-wrt routers out there from the factory?

    Hi All,

I have found third parties that preinstall dd-wrt on
routers -- doubles the price of the router -- but not
    preinstalled from the factory.

Problem: although it is a good idea (open source, Linux,
security updates), my customer base won't pay 10 extra
    cents for it.

So, I was hoping to find one preinstalled at the factory,
so I could actually sell them. Somewhere I though I heard
that ASUS was going to do it.

    Many thanks,

    Hi Kirk,

    Thank you!

As a reseller, I do not sell Buffalo products anymore as they
are such bad quality. I have had to return too many of them and
had to eat too much labor because of them. So, poop.

I hope someone else comes out with a competing product soon.
Seems to me that as soon as the manufactures realize they
no longer have to support software, they'd jump on board.

Sub $70 routers are really pushing the low quality envelope
to start with, but customers won't pay for better. (You truely
get what you pay for, but a lot of folks don't believe that
    anymore.)
