My complaint is with their support not with their products. I have had
very little trouble also. The minor problems I have had were turned into
major ones by the poor support.

Sunil - Ignore these twats. I'm in exactly the same position as you and I
was interested in your question and will be interested in the (constructive)
    responses.

    Says the twatty top poster.
And no doubt after reading all the constructive responses you will
post your own Wireless router advice header?

    Thought so.

    USENET posting advice:

    1. Quote and reply - preferred
    2. Top post without quoting - bad but better than...
    3. Bottom post without quoting.

How can you bottom post without quoting? Or, how do you top post without
quoting for that matter?? If there's nothing quoted, then there's only
your text, and that wouldn't really be top or bottom.

There's really not that many things to keep track of:

    1) Don't top post.
    2) Quote using a standard format.
    3) Trim irrelevant parts.
    4) Don't post binaries to non-binary groups.
    5) Never post HTML.

  6. If it's a USR 54g laptop card, don't throw it away. It's a good one, and if you
bought one you'd pay 50ukp. Somebody will buy it from you if you don't want it.

  7. I've been using a Belkin access point without any problems so far. Should I
be worried? It's just the wireless part, not a router, but it seems to have
setups for everything I'll ever need and it hasn't sent me any spam yet.

I wasn't going to throw it away...its given me a good excuse to buy a
    laptop :)

  9. As splendid a piece of logical reasoning as I've ever encountered. No doubt the
laptop will provide an excuse to buy something even more expensive, of which you
have possible even less real need, and which will require an even more elaborate
explanation for your wife/girlfriend if you have one. Enjoy. :)

How can you bottom post without quoting?

You seem to confuse quoting with verbatim reproduction of the entire
original message. That is *not* quoting.

Now that's simple to understand, isn't it?

  11. Well, according to most people it is. And it still doesn't explain how you
can bottom post without quoting. Or do you refer to AOL! posts?
It would be, if you used standard notation...

It's nice to see you posting correctly now anyway.
It wasn't that hard was it?
And by doing so you have admitted you were wrong in the first place
which is a good sign for the future....well done.
