Right now I'm trying to get the second of my two Ethernet networked
computers access the web, but to no avail. It's a Duron-1000 on a K7S5A
board, running an SMC1244TX 10/1000 card. It's running behind an SMC
(SMC7004VBR) DSL router. For some reason, even though it can see the
router AND I can ping both the router and any site I choose (e.g.,
www.yahoo.com), I cannot use Explorer or Netscape to access the
internet. It can't be a hardware problem with the router or the cards,
since I just replaced them today. There must be something else going on.

Using the current setup, I can transfer files between the computers and
the first computer can access the internet, but that's about it. If
anyone has any ideas on how I can get the second computer to access the
    web, I'd appreciate it.
