ISPreview selects Zen as Best Quality ISP

19 January 2009: ISPreview has looked back over the performance of
ISPs throughout 2008, irrespective of size, and reviewed them on
reliability, price and performance. The review was based on the
editor’s own observations of the market. As a result the editor has
selected Zen Internet as the Best Quality ISP (Consumer and Business).
Selection should not be considered an award.

Reviews are based on which advertiser pays the biggest bill.
That is why it is in "his" opinion only with no real survey.
I wouldn't rate Zen for home users and certainly NOT for business
use. Look at how many don't use them!

And who the fuck are "ISPreview" ?

Some clowns even thought NTL was the best. It's the size of the envelope
that goes in your back pocket that counts.

The only reviews of value are ones by users.

Well as a user of Zen (and with no other connection with them) I am happy to
say they are good and their customer support is very good in comparison with
Eclipse (my previous ISP) - Roger

Used 'em for years and found the customer support excellent and the service
reliable. As to whether they're "value for money" I couldn't say having not
tried any others.
