How so?

You can get 10Gb usage (equivalent to Zen lite new allowance) for £6.49pm
with Plusnet Value, but the Zen lite package costs £17.99pm. I do realise
Zen don't throttle. For the extra £138pa I would hope so too.

But they're still twice as good as the Plusnet mongs.

Yay - about time too.. I must say the premium was becoming more and more
difficult to justify given the rather paltry allowances.

No complaints about the service other than the allowances though - been with
them for over 7 years now.
