And how often does the sales blurb tell you that?

" We guarantee no contention across our network which is presented in London,
Paris and Amsterdam. Peering with over 370 of the major networks we have the
capacity and very low-latency to ensure your Internet traffic is delivered with
the highest performance. "

http://idnet.net/

A class act with sensible prices. The absence from their site of gary graphics
and stupidly grinning photos of allegedly 'happy customers' for marketing
purposes like all too many 'major' and utterly useless ISPs is like a breath of
fresh air.

Zen internet = Excellence.

But it costs and you do get what you pay for an excellent service.

If quality is what you want and the price does not put you off Zen is the
product you want.

And no I don't work for them, just a customer who has a connection that
stays connected and basically does the job 24/7.

Without traffic shaping, without port blocking, with enough headroom in the
backhaul and not just "in own network" etc. etc. All the qualities that
appear to be going down the pan in UK DSL.
