I've just pre-registered for the new home 1Mbit service from Zen, has anyone
else signed up for it as well? It's £39.95 per month and activation takes
place from 6 Oct and onwards.

Yes, but then the wider picture isn't quite so rosey is it? Sweden has
higher taxation and is a soclialist state. Who wants to live there?

Believe me, it can. How about only being able to buy alcohol from state
owned shops open Monday-Friday 12-6PM and only just experimenting with
opening on Saturdays. And there's only a few of these stores in each town.

Just about the best thing that could happen here although I hate the
sight of Blair and his policies I would vote for him next time round
if he introduced something along those lines here. There would then be
less deaths caused by booze less domestic violence caused by booze and
less of everything that is caused by booze including kids .

They've got good intentions, I was connected 3 days ahead of schedule, but
the support staff are 9-5 Mon-Fri, useless to most subscribers, and their
Saturday "service" is a joke, unless you wanna leave a message so someone
will get back to you lunchtime Monday when you're at work....

I thought Zen was mostly business based. This business prefers decent
Mon-Fri 9-5 support than indifferent 24/7.

But I agree it is appalling we can't have own dedicated support guru 24/7 on
an 0800 number ;-)

Look, you top posting moron.

You implied BT charge £17 for a consumer 512k ADSL connection - they do
not. BT Wholesale charge their customer (the ISP) £17 a month.

You need to get more clue on this matter.
