ypbind fixed port

I have this problem with ypbind, version 1.20.1. It doesn't support
the -p option so I can't specify a fixed port to bind. Which means
there's a serious problem if I want to have a firewall running on that
machine.

I've been searching the net for an answer and I can't find anything on
this. Some version of ypbind support this option but Debian Etch
doesn't. Am I the only debian user with this problem?

I made a post
http://groups.google.gr/group/comp.o...nis+pam&rnum=1

about this and some other rpc-firewall issues, for anyone interested.

thx in advance
vassilis

Doh, ypbind's man page in Debian is probably outdated since it doesn't
report a -p option available. a ypbind --help does show that the -p
option is available though.
Solved, thx
