Y2K

Please bare with me I am new at this. We have a customer that is running
Windows 98 and they have a software that requires the Y2K Update 2 to be
installed before we can install the software. I have done an extensive
search on google and have contacted Microsoft to find where I can download
the update and my search has been unsuccessful. If anyone know where I can
download this update or how I can obtain it, I would greatly appreciate it.
