I really don't know what you mean by "folders are empty". Are you trying
to do a clean install - formatting the drive first and thereby removing
any programs and data? If this is what you are doing and the
installation fails with an error message - and you are *not* trying to
do the install from within Windows but are booting directly into the
installation - then what is the exact text of the error message?
Please also include some information about your computer specs.
