Hi all,

I have a lan with 2) W98 machines and 1) XP Home machine
and a Windows 2000 Server machine in NON domain mode.
The two 98 machines browse everyone just fine. But when
I try to "drill down" with Explorer into WORKGROUP, my
XP Home machine says:

Workgroup is not accessible you might not have permission
to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of
this server to find out if you have access permission.

I con't sign on to the administrator account, the error message
is:

Unable to log you on because of an account restriction.

I didn't install the OS and I don't have administrator priv
even though I can log on as a user with admin rights.

How can I get the XP Home machine to browse the other
computers just like the older versions of Windows?

thanks,
dave......
