I have a Watchguard X700 on my network also. I would say it depends on
how good your configuration on your Watchguard firewall is configured.
If you want to be extra safe, I would leave the windows firewall on.
Usually your router will protect you from outside your network but if
you want firewall protection internally, I would leave the windows
firewall on.
Also if you leave the windows firewall on it may block you from doing
some remote administration inside your network or virus definition
updates if you are running an antivirus server in house. So in that
case I would either turn it off or configure rules on every server and
workstation allowing these services.
So, to sum it up - you would be the best person to make this decision.
