Does the _machine_ reboot?
It could be that you get a BSOD, and the machine is set to reboot when this
happens. If this is the case, then you should have a message in Event Viewer
telling you what happened. Do you have such message?
Also, have you tried to enable only the other one? I.E, NIC2 is enabled but
not NIC1. The same happens? (I'm trying to find out if it is caused by one
NIC only).
Anyway, the first thing i would do is get the latest driver for both NICs.
Oh, and it is not by any chance caused by the blaster worm?
