XP and 98SE networking

I am using a belkin wireless router for 4 networking
computers. The entry computer and 2 others have xp and
all see each otherbut the laptop has 98se. Sharing
the dsl works well for the internet but I am unable to
get the laptop to recognize the network, the
workgroup or the entry computer.
I have run the network wizard several times, but cant get
any response. Hope you can help me.
ps have read lots of notes on other sites but none work
pps, in messing arouind have lost the novell\client32
\lslc32.nlm file which it now asks when booting up laptop
and cannot find it on os disc or website - help
