Since WS_FTP is NOT even a Microsoft utility you should ask the author, John A. Junod. You

| I downloaded a WS_FTP program to upload files to an ftp site that will be
| hosting my web site. I connect to the ftp site, but as soon as I connect the
| WS_FTP program freezes with the following error message generated:
|
| Wsftpgui has caused an error in WSFTPCTL.DLL.
|
| I tried everything I could think of to resolve the problem (uninstalled/
| reinstalled the WS-FTP program, ran PC doctor to fix any hard disk drive
| errors, deleted all my temporary/cookie files) but nothing seems to be
| working for me. I run Microsoft Windows ME. I have a Gateway 933Mhz PC,
| Intelpentium III, 40gb, 128 RAM.
|
| Is this some kind of Registry error? If so, is there any software I can
| download to fix this DLL error? I heard of DLL errors but I have no idea
| what they are related to. Any suggestions very much appreciated as I need
| this program to maintain my website!
|
| Thanks!
| Kevin
