WRT54G with WPC54G (PCMCIA) on Windows 2000 Laptop

Is there anybody that found a way to use WPA-TKIP on a Windows 2000
machine?
With XP after the download from Microsoft, no problem, but this is an
office machine so can't upgrade it to XP.
Any solution would be welcomed.
