WRT54G w/ VPN server

I've got Windows Server 2003 installed w/ VPN server behind a WRT54G router.
I cannot VPN to the server behind the router. VPN'ing out works OK.

I've run some traces with Lansleuth and believe the router is dropping the
GRE packets.

Enabling DMZ gets things to work OK, but I don't want to leave this on.

Has anyone gotten this configuration to work OK, without enabling DMZ? I've
recently tested the latest firmware (1.30.7 I think) with no success.

For now I've reverted to using a BEFSR11 for the router, and the WRT54G as
just an access point.

TIA.

I just got off the phone with Linksys technical support. The lady I
talked noted that there are serious issues with the Firmware in
regards to VPN. Even she suggested that I take back the router until
the fix it or use it as an access point only and use my existing
router.
