Since Sveasoft does not support WRT54G Version 5 how does one enable WDS
on this device?

TIA,
Dan

By selling it and buying one that supports alternative firmware.
There's nothing that can be done with a WRT54Gv5 because it's totally
different hardware and does not run Linux.

Which has the best coverage and how does it compare to the WRT54G:
Buffalotech WBR2-G54 or Belkin F5D7230-4? Is Sveasoft WPA supported on
the Belkin?

I have no experience with either device and cannot offer any
comparisons. A bit of Googling shows that the both can handle DD-WRT
and Sveasoft firmware:
http://www.dslreports.com/forum/remark,14837381
http://www.sveasoft.com/modules/phpB...pic.php?t=3653
I would expect that the coverage would be identical to the WRT54G as
the chipsets used and specifications appear to be identical. For
details, methinks you should ask the same question on the Sveasoft or
DD-WRT forums.

Yes. WPA is in Satori and Talisman.
