Write-only share on Windows Server 2003 SP2

I have a share set up on my server. It will be used by various staff
and automated systems to drop data files for further processing. Due
to confidentiality regulations, I need to secure the share such that
the users can write files but can not see / read files.

The users are all in an Active Directory user group.

I have set various permissions on both the network directory and the
share, but I can not get this working. (I am not a server or
networking guru, but they've not been able to figure this out either.)

As soon as I set a "write" permission, the list/read/execute
permissions are automatically checked. If I deny those, then the user
gets a 'no-access' error message when they try to write a file to the
directory.

Has anyone set up something similar and can you provide me with
instructions on how to do so?

TIA
