WPA2 ready client adapters

Hello.

Our new Cisco client cards (AIR-CB21AG-E-K9) connect OK to our AP's
running WPA and WPA2, with WPA2-PSK security - AES encryption.

Our Proxim PC cards (8470-WD) only connects with WPA- TKIP.

When running the Proxim client supplicant s/w, or when you let Windows
XP WZCSVC manage the wireless network, doesn't give you the option for
WPA2 security. (I have installed the new Windows XP hotfix 893357 to
allow WPA2) Whereas my Cisco card, in XP, does.

I've read somewhere you need to have hardware upgrades to use WPA2.
Would this be the case for a client card as well ? Or does it just
need a newer driver ? (I can't find one off Proxim.com just yet)

Thanks.

In order to get WPA2 to work on our Proxim cards, I had to see whose
chipset they were using and search for a new version of the drivers.
We're running the Atheros based PCI cards.
