Yes.
If you mean the winme machine is connected via a cable, that will make
things much simpler.
Download the WPA patches for winxp from the Microsoft site and
download the latest drivers for both your network adaptor and the
router from the linksys site. The latest drivers for both these
support WPA.
If you want to bring a win9x or winme machine onto the wireless side
then things are not quite so easy since the linksys WLAN monitor used
to drive the network card does not support WPA. You would have to use
third party software like Funk Odyssey.
Incidentally, I emailed linksys support recently to enquire whether
they were going to upgrade the WLAN monitor for the WMP54G (for use
with win9x,winme, win2k) to accommodate WPA-PSK. This was their (not
very satisfactory) reply :

Dear Valued Linksys Customer,
Thank you for contacting Linksys Customer Support.
There is no information as to whether there are any plans of updating
WLAN
Monitor software for win98/me/2k to use WP-PSK instead of WEP. I
suggest to
keep yourself posted over our websites for updates.
Hope this information would be a great help to you. Have a nice day!

Sounds like Linksys have shifted their customer support to India or
somewhere like that.
