WPA for WET54G

Hi all,

Does anyone know if there's a patch/update to enable WPA on the WET54G
(European version)?

I believe that if you have a WET54G ver.1 the hardware is such that it
cannot be upgraded to WPA by a firmware upgrade.

Hmmm, bad news then...
Would a hardware upgrade be possible?
The problem is: I would like to introduce strong authentication (via
Radius), but I won't be able to do so, unless I get rid of that WET54G
