WPA problems using SMC 2804

I'm using SMC 2804 and Netgear WG311. I have WEP working fine, but cannot
get WAP working at all. I'm using the Netgear utility, and it should be
simple, but when I do a scan the AP shows WEP encription even when WAPonly
is selected.
I did have the same shared key on AP and client, just cannot connect.
I have downloaded the latest driver for WG311.

Any ideas?
