I was looking into the feasability of setting up a WPA access point
with a linux radius server providing authentication/authorization.
I am somewhat familiar with the process, but would like to find a
how-to or some basic information that I can use to get started.
My understanding is that the client sets up a connection with the AP
and then the AP goes to a server to get authentication and
authorization and then it sends the results to the AP which then allows
access to the network.
I'm a little lost on the details and was wondering if anyone had done
this and posted the how-to.

Don't have an example, but Freeradius supports WPA/EAP allowing
you to authenticate clients.

A default install of Freeradius should work.
