Have these been released or a time-table estimate? I'd like to switch
over to WPA and get rid of WEP altogether. Linksys's last firmware
update gave me WPA and I'm anxious to try it.

If not I'll probably buy some B/G equipment and get rid of my current rig.

Proxim has a WPA whitepaper on their website. It used to refer to the
Funk&Meetinghouse WPA supplicant for use with those cards, but now it
has a footnote that says somethign to the effect of 'for best
security, upgrade.'

Nice, I just found it and according to this page:

http://www.smallnetbuilder.com/Secti...le50-page7.php

Its 50 dollars! I can almost get a b/g combo card for that much.

Proxim sent me a reply, they say there are not going to offer WPA for
the "classic" cards. Oh well.
