I certainly acknowledge that it could be in the application. When you say
"or the print job itself", what exactly do you mean.
Are you referring to the print job in the Printer Queue? or referring to
something in the printer.
Unfortunately, it is two repeats in 6 million labels, but as opposed to
being a curiousity, the customer is not happy with even this qty of
duplicate!
As you can imagine, it is not easy to diagnose.
Any further thoughts are welcome.
