worm question

My son doesn't have an email addy..but he uses AOL instant messenger
alot...he now has a worm called 1-worm aplore..has anyone heard of that & if
you have how can I get rid of it...thanks

I haven't found/heard anything on "1-worm aplore", but
there is some info on Symantec on a "worm aplore" meaning
the 1-worm aplore could have transmorphed into the worm you
now have -- take a look here:

the threat from your system.
