I would setup private IP addresses for all computers instead of public IP. Or post the result of ipconfig /all here.

I am running win2k3 with 3 computers each with a public IP are
connected to a 4-port modem. I connected a switch to the fourth port
and using a printserver with a private IP connected to the switch. Only
the server can print in this configuration. I have tried this with NAT
on and OFF. Either case the workstations can't print. Would really
appreciate any help on this.
