I'd strongly suggest upgrading your workstations to XP Pro, and creating an
AD domain instead of using a workgroup. There's really not much value in
having W2003 in this office otherwise. XP Home does not belong on a business
network (I'm not even a fan of it for home users, as it's so crippled).
If you use a domain, and join all the workstations to it, you have a single
security database to worry about & can use login scripts, group policy, etc.
