A hah! That explains why the ADSL microfilter won't work when plugging it
into the phone extension - the ADSL signal has already been removed....
So, assuming that you've had a fiddle around in your BT box already, can I
assume that the main BT line comes into the house at the main socket, pops
up to the ADSL separator box, then the phone part of the signal goes back
down to the main box before being taken off around the house. So, you're
suggesting that I remove the phone line's route to the ADSL box by
connecting the line coming into the house with the one which heads off to
the in-house phone extensions.
Have I got that right Conor?
Cheers,
