I was experiencing slightly sluggish performance a month or two ago with my Max
connection with Idnet.

They did have some slight congestion issues for a while until they got
themselves a new 'central' but even after that was commissioned I was still not
back to normal so I had another moan. They reckoned it was contention at BT's
end so I have been considering an LLU provider.

Anyway, don't know what happened (I must ask) but it's back to its normal
blistering fast performance again and has been for 2 weeks now.

Even better, the 2GB of included download has now been increased to 5GB at no
cost.

Looks like they kept a customer.

Graham
