Just set up a DSL connection and WAP. The WAP works fine with
DSL and two other machines, but not the third. The problem
machine connects to the WAP, but can't access the internet.
Detail below . . .

DSL: Verizon Online
WAP: Netgear WGR614 (802.11g/802.11b WAP and Cable/DSL Router)

No Problem Machines
OS: WinXP Home and Pro
Two different 802.11b cards (actually builtin, they're laptops)

Problem Machine
OS: Win2k sp4
Adaptor: Netgear WMP54G (802.11g/802.11b PCI adaptor)

Already Tried
- downloaded latest Netgear driver (allegedly 802.11g compliant)
- turned off the fancy stuff
MAC list, Open/Shared, encrypt off/64/128, 802.11b only
- Google Web and Groops search
- Linksys website (figedabadit)
- Linksys online chat (long session, no solution)
- cursing

Anyone have success with this adaptor?

Kevin

Ummm... If you have a Netgear WAP and a Netgear card, why would Linksys
support help?

(I know, I know... the WMP54G is a Linksys device. I just had to poke fun!)
