WMI problem

hello

we have an problem with external tools and wmi.

If we check the wmi provider with microsoft standard tool winmgmt.msc and
klick properties wmi hang

there are no entry in eventlog

wbemcore.log
GetUserDefaultLCID failed, restoring to system verion

Windows Version
Server 2003 SP2 all patches
