Hi.

Has anyone succeeded in getting the WLAN 3COM Xjack (3crwe62092b) card
to work with Linux and the Atmel card drivers (found at
http://atmelwlandriver.sourceforge.net). I have tried to compile the
package on my Mandrake 9.2-box but at startup I the drivers fail to load:

lilleman pcmcia: Starting PCMCIA services: Nov 19
12:46:46 lilleman cardmgr[819]: watching 1 sockets Nov 19 12:46:46
lilleman pcmcia: cardmgr[819]: watching 1 sockets Nov 19 12:46:46
lilleman cardmgr[820]: starting, version is 3.2.4 Nov 19 12:46:46
lilleman pcmcia: done. Nov 19 12:46:46 lilleman rc: Startar pcmcia:
succeeded Nov 19 12:46:46 lilleman cardmgr[820]: executing: 'modprobe
pcmf502r3' Nov 19 12:46:47 lilleman cardmgr[820]: +
/lib/modules/2.4.22-10mdk/pcmcia/pcmf502r3.o: unresolved symbol
skb_over_panic_Rc26dd3f9 Nov 19 12:46:47 lilleman cardmgr[820]: +
/lib/modules/2.4.22-10mdk/pcmcia/pcmf502r3.o: unresolved symbol
eth_type_trans_Rebe24c2f Nov 19 12:47:07 lilleman kernel: PCI: Found
IRQ 11 for device 00:06.0 [...]*

The machine is an IBM Thinkpad R30 with Mandrake 9.2 installed. The card
has previously worked perfectly under Windows. I've gathered that this
card is somewhat of a problem child. Is my only option to get another card?

* Note! "startar" is Swedish for "starting".

Any help appreciated.
